Ani's journey has been incredibly inspiring, filled with determination and a passion for both her family and her career. Originally a medical doctor in Jakarta, Indonesia, Ani made the brave decision to move to the United States to start a new chapter with her husband and raise a family.
Even while caring for her young child, Ani's drive to continue her education led her to enroll in a graduate program in health management at UNT Health Science Center. Her choice to further her education while maintaining her family responsibilities showcased her unwavering determination to achieve a balance between her personal and professional aspirations.
In 2013, Ani secured her first job in the United States as a Quality Assurance Officer at Southwest Family Medicine Associates. Within just six months, her steadfast dedication played a pivotal role in the clinic achieving certification as a Patient-Centered Medical Home. Ani's commitment to providing quality care shone through in her role.
Throughout her career, Ani has steadily climbed the ladder and now holds the position of Clinical Quality Assurance Manager. In this role, she leads a team of clinical staff and healthcare virtual assistants, working closely with healthcare providers to ensure that each and every patient receives the highest level of care and quality possible.
Outside of work, Ani finds joy in the simple things in life. She loves exploring new restaurants in the metroplex with her husband and daughter, creating special memories along the way. Traveling is also a passion of hers, as she treasures the adventures and experiences it brings. During quieter moments, Ani relaxes at home and indulges in her love for Korean drama.
